This site was created for homeowners, renters, and dwellers of all to find useful information as it pertains to everything related to your home. As a real estate broker in Georgia, I always found myself answering questions, and searching for resources for my homeowners. This started out as a way to simply consolidate and answer questions that seem to always get asked. Now we have a great site that addresses your flooring, paint & design essential questions. I also happen to own a fantastic house that we named Opulence Manor. My home has incredible hardwood floors
My buyers were always asking me what to do with their floors; how to decorate, renovate, DIY, etc… hence Opulence Manor was born. This just makes it easier to get info out to the masses. As my business has continued to grow, it has become almost impossible to respond to everyone, thus I’m trying to streamline my operations. Opulence Manor encompasses everything DIY for the home; organization, renovations, flooring, paint, and design essentials. I am also the creative genius behind Brag Differently and 750 Credit Score as well.
Meet Marvette
Owner + Part-time Designer
II’ve been a licensed real estate broker since 2006 and I retired as a GSA Federal Contracting Officer, hence I know a little something about turning ordinary spaces into quintessential, chic showplaces. I have some skills.
I’m literally the person that everyone calls for whatever the topic. I kid you not, a girlfriend of mine called me the other day and said the following: Who can I call that will know about socialism? She said as she was driving, she knew immediately that she could call me. LOL! Here we are, I am the seeker of all knowledge and apparently the knower of everything as well.
Apparently, folks seem to think I have awesome design skills, hence flooring does tie into housing and real estate, and literally in the last 6 months, I’ve helped a dozen or more clients, friends, and family members coordinate their home renovations to include their floors.
